“One View, Three Visions” includes work that focuses on working outdoors interpreting the landscape. Outdoor work produces paintings that highlight the immediate response and approach of each artist to the mood of the scene, revealing three unique perspectives.
Outdoor work is done year round throughout Minnesota, in all weather conditions! Pastel is workable in heat, cold, snow, and in rain when sheltered from direct precipitation. Studies are sometimes used to create larger studio pieces.
