We set up to paint on a fine day. The nature center we were painting at had a sugar shack, with a big vat of syrup boiling away, and bucket hanging from the maples. We chose a spot to paint where the sun was chasing the last of the snow into the shadows. After a full day painting,
Cheryl's husband treated us to a dinner of fried crappies that he had caught the night before. Painting, friends, and fresh fish!

Hi Lisa and Cheryl (and Michelle)--this blog is a great idea, and looking good! Your birch paintings are fabulous! Great to see you guys in Pennsylvania--hope to connect again sometime soon.
